I'd start a project for a resource independent city, operated through the application of the scientific method for resources management and social prosperity. I hope for this to be a foundation for creative thinkers to have access to the materials that they need to better humanity, and provide shelter for socially and/or politically oppressed. Sadly, seeing this through will probably cost something more along the lines of trillions of dollars - now if only someone would convince the states to divert their military funds to actually help people...

I would change the way that people think - specially the way they approach problems, and how view themselves and the world around them
